Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

In the past «12» months, Food Handlers Card has not sold or shared your personal information, and it does not do so now.

Understanding This

There are no forms, no accounts, and no advertising trackers on the site. The only job of the server logs is to keep the site working and to count visits.

Sending an Opt-Out Request

You may still ask us to opt you out of any sale or sharing. Mail your request to Harbor Point Services Inc., «100 North Tampa Street, Suite 2100, Tampa, FL 33602, United States». Put the words «Do Not Sell or Share» in it. Your name is not needed, nor is any detail other than what you decide to include. If your browser sends a privacy signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we treat it as valid.

Once Your Request Has Been Sent

You will get confirmation by return post within 15 working days, and the request is recorded. Since nothing is sold or shared, there is nothing further to stop.
